Yeah, they're all teddy bears at heart :) especially Seven (Strawberry Noël, the one with the sharp teeth that hurt him so much, Three's little brother, the one who is so so gentle with his bunny and cries at the drop of a hat, my baby baby baby boy) and Eight (you already know how Soft™ he is!)

When he's human? Max's lap, Max's arms. His own room comes second to cuddles.

When he has to let his physical form dissolve back into lightning, that's when he goes a-haunting his brothers. He particularly likes hanging around with Four, for no reason I can explain except "Four has patient big brother vibes".

🌱 - Share one of this oc’s early memories.

When it was figured out that Eight had a serious lung disease, he got to start eating lots of interesting foods! The nutrient womb provided a sufficient diet for growth, sure, but it couldn't do anything specialized, so Eight started getting regular deliveries of actual meals. Pumpkin bread. Beets. Fish. Edamame. LOTS of tomato stuff, which leads me to the memory—

Eight got sent a rather spicy chili at one point. He’d never had anything spicy before. It burned his tongue and made his eyes and nose run, which was A Surprise. He thought something was seriously wrong for a minute, until his CRAYDL informed him that this was normal. After that, he loved it. Eight discovered that he had a pretty low spice tolerance, but he adores spicy foods. I don't know why.

🐸 - What’s this oc’s sense of humor like?

Silly. He gets loopy when he gets sleepy. Any joke makes him laugh.

Eight calls Max Crandall "Dad", and Max is so happy about it. Finally, he has a son who calls him dad.

Eight loves Max simply, without the agonizing that the other clones do about what, exactly, their relationship is. Max is Eight's dad and that's all there is to say on the matter.

❇️ SPARKLE - what is their most prized possession? what do they value?

Eight values everything. He's a little bit of a hoarder, actually. If something comes into his possession, he keeps it no matter what it is. He has lots of clothes, of course, plushies, rice-filled hand warmers from Max, a couple of baskets from Four (to keep your stuff in, Four said), concert tickets from when he went to a symphony with Two, a cool sparkly rock from Three, posters, sticky notes... he keeps all his food wrappers, too. He values gifts very highly, and he values his own existence, and physical things are proof that A) he exists and can own things and B) he has physical space in the world. He's not just a spirit who comes and goes, he has his own room and his own stuff.

I don't know what his most prized possession is. Maybe it'll come to me someday. But okay, clothing has a really special value to Eight. It's a triumph when he achieves a physical body and can feel clothing on his skin. And he was only ever allowed to wear his Inertia suit before he died. Having his own clothing makes Eight feel... real. And loved.

Eight's completely enamored with soft textures, and people realize this quickly. He gets. so. many. cozy sweaters. and plushies. If it's soft, Eight loves it. (and his favorite colors are yellow and pink!)

Is he good at gift-giving? ...sort of? he's kind of a little kid, so a lot of times he gives gifts that he would like rather than what the receiver would like, but it's the thought that counts and he's very sweet about it. It's particularly funny when he gives Four a cow plushie and poor serious Four accepts it with great confusion. whAT is he supposed to DO with this—
