memory loss???

turns out i was supposed to take a particular medicine at night and avoid situations in which i could severely panic for a few hours after taking it (read: take it at night and then sleep) and also drink a whole glass of water

i took it in the morning, didn't drink water, and it wasn't a good day anxiety wise, so the ultimate result was getting to the point of being unable to remember my own name for about an hour before slowly getting it together

i'm still a bit hazy on somethings so yeah. disorientation, confusion, lack of focus, and acute memory loss
