         the stereo’s bass blasted through the party space, reverberating through her chest as she sinks the ping pong ball into the last cup, a victorious smirk gracing her features having one the game of beer pong. she cheers along with the a few of the frat boys, before exiting the scene before she gets roped into another round. it was time for karter to make her rounds, making sure that none of the sorority sisters were getting too sloppy with their partying. with hennessy on her lips, the stench of weed and nicotine clinging to her clothes, her line of sight catches eiley and she’s quick to grab a couple shots. ‘ shot o’ clock. drink up. ’ a glint of mischief in her eyes, handing them the shot glass.

angus  dodges  a  group  of  delta  psi  guys ,  gathered  together  in  the  quad .  he  couldn’t  be  trusted  in  getting  any  studying  done  if  he  were  to  join  them ,  and  while  it  may  sound  ridiculous ,  the  male  had  a  quiz  coming  up  in  his  organic  chemistry  class .  his  legs  carry  him  quickly  through  the  corridors ,  slipping  into  the  library .  normally  the  male  wouldn’t  bother  with  the  library  and  for  the  exact  trouble  he  was  facing  now .  no  empty  chair ,  anywhere .  it  takes  a  moment  to  check  the  slightly  hidden  spots ,  all  taken .  finally  he  sees  one  empty  spot .  eyes  land  on  long  dark  hair  occupying  the  spot  beside ,  eiley .  he  thinks  of  leaving  altogether  and  forfeiting  his  study  time ,  but  there  wasn’t  any  reason  he  couldn’t  sit  with  her .  he  just  hadn’t  properly  seen  or  spoken  to  her  for  the  entire  summer . angus  sets  his  textbook  on  the  table ,  catching  her  attention .  his  voice  is  soft . “ hey ..  eiley ,  is  this  seat  free ? ”
