gachiakuta at the beach???? who said that

the sun is shining, there’s a heat advisory, the UV is 10, and the whole of HQ is taking a beach day to relax and unwind.

tamsy - unbothered king

he showed up early, set up a tent, is wearing a protective shirt against the sun, slathered in sunscreen, hair tied up off his neck in a neat bun. he brought a book and is enjoying his time off to the side. watches the chaos from his position, refuses to get involved

zanka - bothered king

zanka has put on SO much sunscreen, reapplying every 15 minutes, and is still red as a lobster before the first hour is up. he’s lamenting that he’s doing everything right, but is still burnt. squeezes under tamsy’s tent for shade, and swiftly feels like he’s missing out so he goes back out to hang out and only gets more and more burned. the whole of HQ can hear him yelling in the shower later when the water hits his sunburn.

enjin - livin la vida loca

enjin has brought a chair, a cooler, and sunglasses, and that’s truly all he needs. sets up his chair, cracks open a beer, and swiftly falls asleep. wakes up periodically to sing along to the music and take sips of his beer. at least once wakes up to chuckle at zanka’s plight.

semiu - livin la vida loca pt 2

similar to enjin, but add one of her magazines into the mix. finishing enjin’s beer when he falls asleep before it gets warm, enjoying the sun and the breeze, nothing could bother her in this moment.

gris - peaceful as ever

he’s also wearing a shirt to protect him from the sun, is laid out on a towel with his feet in the water, occasionally walks up and down the shore with his hands in his pockets. he has a soft smile that doesn’t fade once during the day. also has a cooler, but it’s filled with cold water for the group.

follo - self sacrificing icon

poor boy can’t relax, wants gris to have a good day so he takes over the role as guardian of the group. is stressed ALL DAY. gris checks in periodically and follo reassures him that everything is fine, but zanka and enjin are both burned to crisps, semiu and enjin are both giggly drunk, rudo keeps throwing sand and trying to catch seagulls, and now he can’t find tamsy (tamsy went home early)

rudo - sandy fiend

as mentioned before, he’s throwing sand and trying to catch seagulls. he’s having the BEST time at the beach by a mile, doing backflips in the water, jumping into the waves, digging holes on the shore to see how far down he has to go to get water. tries to convince enjin to let him bury him in sand, but enjin is out cold, snoring. he’s pink from the sun, but eisha is on sunscreen control and keeps him protected. occasionally pauses the mayhem to sit with gris for a bottle of cold water, but picks right back up after a few minutes.

riyo - queen of the aux

much to august’s dismay, she has control of the speaker. has access to everyone’s playlists and curates a mix with a little bit of everything along with some universally loved songs. unbothered under tamsy’s tent with her sunglasses and tank top. august keeps bringing her slushies to try to bribe her to let him take over. she takes the slushies but not the offer.

august - not queen of the aux and very upset about it

our poor icon. sighing VERY dramatically, spends genuinely over a hundred dollars on slushies and snacks for riyo to try to win her favor so he can take over the aux. this, clearly, does not work. eventually gives up and hangs out with rudo instead, adding to the chaos.

eisha - sun poisoning protector

has spray, lotion, and stick sunscreen, as well as aloe, bug spray, cooling towels, ice packs, and bandaids. she is just as dismayed as zanka about how burned he is. stays under the shade on a towel, except to walk with gris along the shore a few times, but mostly stays with the group. queen of hydration and snacks, working with follo to maintain control.

Actually, not enough on here about the potential of Amo & Eisha and the interactions they could have in canon, like Amo also wants to be a healer, she spent prolonged time in the infirmary, Eisha is cute and sweet and non-aggressive, you're telling me Amo wouldn’t like her and want to be her friend.

I think they’d have very chill vibes together, like I genuinely think, unless she’s mad, Amo might be one of the few people Eisha wouldn’t be nervous around, because Amo is also just nice and chill when she’s not reacting to trauma. Eisha is like the least trauma-inducing person in the cleaners. They are going to be infirmary girlies. Amo is going to go up and menace someone because Eisha asked for no pickles, you feel me.
