Make Tech Matter Monday | Connor Landgraf makes mobile and cloud computing matter
Eko Devices is a San Francisco startup that builds innovative medical devices in order to bring healthcare to the 21st century. Its flagship product, called the Eko Core, is the first major iteration on the traditional stethoscope in decades. The smart device allows physicians to record amplified heart sounds, visualize the collected data thanks to its mobile app and save the recordings for future consultation.
Many health startups in the tech field have been tackling issues in medicine on the software and data storage side. Eko’s founding team, consisting of three recent graduates of the University of California, Berkeley, has decided to tackle issues on the tool and diagnosis side (with reported AI feature to come). Kudos to Connor and the rest of the team.
