Not a redesign, but worth posting anyway
I dunno what exactly happened, but the lighting on this comission turned out pretty fucking good. I’m also pretty happy about how I’m getting used to Fire Alpaca and how my anatomy improved (I no longer feel like understanding references is a pain in the ass).

Heyyyy I’m back!!! Sorry for my nonsense Hiatus e.e
So after three days of endless suffering for sitting too much in front of the computer, this lil comission here is done!
It was a cool challenge to draw the Caliope wig for the first time, and overall I’m really happy about how the coloring turned out.
The guy who comissioned me asked me to add the tiny fairy of Oberon Flute on the drawing, which kinda screwed my plans of using my trademark white background with warm lighting (aka i dunno how to make backgrounds and i’m comfortable with a single light technique, lols).
So yeah, i did this alternative version without the fairy so I could use my favourite lighting colors and stuff, so I’m here posting both versions. There WAS going to be a speedpaint of this comission, but I guess OBS noticed how much I was struggling with the purple lighting and decided to troll me even further, so the third half of the recording got corrupted
Aka all the hours sitting in front of the screen non-stop so I could record the process were for nothing ;D
