Embrace the void. Probably the ending Silksong continues off of, or atleast in the true route, considering we see a glimpse of the shade lord in the ending cutscene. Which means this scene has happened in the timeline,

but what happened? will team cherry acknowledge this? is THK still alive? if yes where is it during the events of Silksong?

Snack Cravings.

The bugs were worried they were gonna have to sacrifice someone for Human snackies. Thankfully Elderbug is a secret chef.

His "large meal" was sadly the equivalent of drinking out of a bottle cap. It didn't fill Dewi up, but getting to watch Elderbug cook was entertainment enough and it was pretty tasty. The broth has the consistency of a Roux with chunks of tiktik/vengefly meat and hints of dusty vegetation, if anyone was wondering.

Kids are always hungry. The bugs are still horrified of how much Dewi eats. (Eating 3 times a day is unheard of... and also eating "5 Oblobbles worth" each meal).

Lil' Asides:

The whole of Dirtmouth was so angry that Dewi got to have the whole pot. They immediately pushed Elderbug to fix up another one. He said yes, but on the condition they had to get more ingredients for the meal

I imagine the bugs always pick up on Dewi's excitement because his pupils dilate. It's easier picking up on details like that when he's so big compared to them. Also Dewi has a staring problem lol
