Over the Top Double Meat Smokey Boys Chili! A 2.5 pound meatball and a 3 pound Chuck Roast both all jacked up last night with Smokey Dust Beef Rub. Rested all night in the fridge, brought out this morning and let the temp rise up a bit and now both are smoking on top of our world class chili while smoked juices fall into in my new @lodgecastiron 7 quart Dutch Oven. Using my double rack from @smokeware_com purchased of course at @eldershardware and it’s all smoking to perfection on my @biggreenegg Everything’s been slowly smoking for several hours now ...about an hour away from pulling and adding the meat to the chili!
