I got this ask twice but the only people I know are on here and it would be awkward to have to choose between them bc I don't want to hurt anyone's feelings.

On that note, there's this cute someone 🥰 They have no flesh, all beautiful clean bone, and seem to get really shy whenever I catch them on our porch hiding from the local gravedigger's union. Idk I've tried being nice, introducing myself, asking their pronouns, "Hey are you single? I'd love to take you out to this nice photo gallery on the plane of the trapped dead sometime" but they always just flinch and look away : (

ideal physical form to have?

Omg I love this question. There are all kinds of physical forms I'd love to have which is why I want to be a shapeshifter. But I'd like my default state to be a churning black mist that may occasionally compress and pulsate into a humanoid form and release ear-splitting screams.

From that form I could turn into a beast that doesn't resemble anything in nature and is always changing, churning, shifting, pulsating like the mist. One moment I have eight eyes then they fade into three. I don't have claws, then I do. My body is six feet long, then ten. I may flicker and shudder like a mirage.

And I could also take a relatively normal human form, looking much like myself. But something is off sometimes. She seemed to have fangs for a moment. A trick of the shadow made it look like she had black mist coming from empty eye sockets. That unnerving, inhuman sound could not have come from her. Etc

Other physical forms I would like:

- Demon

- Swamp monster or dubious eleionoma

- Vampire

- Plague doctor and there's no human underneath the outfit

- Someone that acts like a fucked up ghost but isn't. I'm not dead, I'm just Like That

- OH AND SOME KIND OF A GRIM REAPER OFC.

- Uncertain omen in a recurring dream.
