I do want the tone of TB to be a bit more humorous than horror but theres supposed to be a quiet sort of tragedy to Carter because he's clinging to humanity as hard as he can with both hands
(He's also supposed to act a bit as a foil to Riley, who is all to eager to shed their humanity)
