#Eldroe is starting to look a little empty under the hood. Tank, electrical instruments and switches pulled today. He's officially inoperable for now. Also ripped out the remnants of the aftermarket AC system. (at Woodlea Historic District, Phoenix)
Today we gutted #eldroe as the first step to getting the 50 year old #vwbug back on the road. This is a family project with Viv as my sidekick / little helper. While we were dragging the seats out she asked when we could start the "fun stuff", like cleaning the windows. I think she was a little overwhelmed when explained that we'd be doing that last - like in 6 months. Despite that news she was a great helper.
