Canon description: Legend has it that this dragon was born from a great storm in the Dark Ages, when an ordinary dragon got hit by lightning. Since that day, you can see other dragons flying the skies looking for a shock.
Personality: Playful, loyal, humble, nice, stubborn, knowledgeable, calm, blunt and flirty. He becomes a no - nonsensical, serious and brave dragon when things get tough.
Appearance: A cibrant yellow dragon with bright blue eyes and wings that resemble bolts of lightning. He has a beaked snout, a curling tail with harp, double triangle tip, making it look lightning-shaped. An electric blue fur is running from his chin to his chest. From his elbow to wrist has electric blue scales and his sharp nails are electric blue too. He has three horns, two white, zigzag shapes ones at the sides of his head and one long, black one running up from his snout and passes his head. There are small, bright blue and lightning shaped spikes running down his neck.
Skills/Powers: 1. Punch: He punches his target. 2. Electro Lung: He can spit yellow and blue lightning bolts out of his mouth. 3. Laser Beam: He can shoot large, yellow and blue lightning bolts from his horns and claws. 4. Head butt: He runs at his enemy and hits him with his head as hard as possible. 5. Hard Charge: He kicks and claws at his enemies. 6. Electric Shock: If he feels like a physical attack is incoming or he is getting touched by someone he doesn't like, he will release an electric shock from his body. 7. Stunning hit: He will use his talons to slash through his enemy's body. 9. Electro Ball: He can create balls made out of electricity. 10. He can absorb gigantic, unhealthy amounts of negative energy into her body and either getting rid of them or turning them into positive energy by using the electricity in her body. 11. He can also recharge/energize other Electric Dragons and vice versa by sending electric shocks to each other. 12. Immortality: Since He is the main dragon carrying Deus' Electric powers, it's impossible to kill Flash. 13. Natural: She is good at mediating and building. 14. Static Bending: She can control lightning, thunder, electricity and sparks.
Facts: She loves solving riddles and rubix cubes.
He sometimes hosts grill parties in the Electric Habitat.
She can mimic bird calls and whistles a little bit. It's a talent that Wind and Nature Dragon just began to teach her.
She likes watching and following planes.

Flash knows that there is a superhero named after them. It's quite amusing in their opinion.
They used to identify a straight cis male until 19th January of 1803. Flash doesn't take or use anything to change their voice and is fine with feminine nicknames and terms as long as it's recognised that they are a Transgender woman.
When Flash gets angry or agitated, electrical energy flows and travels visibly through his body, especially along his tail.
Monday is their favorite day.
Flash likes doing relaxing and breathing exercises with other dragons, especially angry ones.
His favourite sport is tennis because of how fast it feels.
They are the primary builder in the City. They are the one who built the Arena.
Backstory: Centuries ago, a deity came to Earth in the disguise of an old man. This deity was “Deus” and he had 21 different Elemental powers, but as the time passed by, his worshippers forgot about him. Lesser worshippers meant lesser energy went for his powers and lifespan, to point of making him reach the edge of death. Knowing that his time was limited, Deus channeled the last bits of his energy and life to create magical, powerful serpents that’ll carry his legacy even after he died. These serpents would later name themselves “Dragons” and start building places to inhabit, giving it the name “Dragon City”. A tall, large hatchery would be made right where Deus had died, with farms surrounding it; symboling that even death is nothing but a new beginning to all residents of Dragon City.
Flash is Electric Dragon, one who holds Deus' electric powers. With no one to teach her about her Elemental powers, she had to learn and master each of her abilities all by herself. Other dragons offered to help her, despite them also being busy practising and learning their own skills, and Flash accepted it all. This lead her to get close to many dragons and create offsprings of. She loved and accepted them all, doing her best to teach them of her skills while also training herself.
While all of that's happening, the humans became nosier and bolder, to the point of trespassing and attacking them. First, the dragons tried to resist and fight back. However, these attempts only lead to the demonization of their kind and stronger attempts of attacking. Not only that, but also their crops got stolen, their buildings got damaged, their gold and jewels got taken by force... And whenever they tried to fight back, it gotten only worse. One day, dragons who had the strongest and best Element management skill gathered around to discuss what they should be doing, Flash being one of them. Wanting the best for her offsprings and fellow dragons, she argued that they should leave the Earth and turn everything into floating islands. After a long and exhausting discussion, they all came to a single decision: That Dragon City would leave the Earth.
All 21 of the Elements gathered around and raised the used lands off the ground. With enough Elemental power, spells and magic; almost every single building, object and habitat the dragons made would be turned into giant, flying islands; with the island that carried the dragon hatchery and Deus’ grave officially being The Main Island. Not only that, but also every flying part of Dragon City would be “sealed” with a powerful invisibility barrier; so their human neighbours wouldn't see nor feel them while they can trespass the seal whenever they wanted.
İt's been decades since Dragon City had moved up and things been changing, slowly but surely. With the help from others, Flash have built a fighting Arena as a way to challenge each other's skills and powers. She've also had many children, many of whom had their own children. She loves them all and tries her best to keep them happy and safe while making sure to control the energy of the Earth.
