It was some time before Bill was able to get away from the Flying Dutchman, and even when that time came, he still wasn't truly away. He was still a member of the crew, but merely under a different captain; his son. It had been a string of circumstances that were difficult to accept, although now that most of the hardship was over, things were looking up.
The older pirate had kept the coin that visitor had given him, back when Jones was their captain -- even after gaining his humanity back, inside and out, he'd never let go of it. Today, he'd decided to make use of it, asking William to head toward that island. They had enough time for a visit, if he could find the lass he'd met so long ago.
