he had called her name maybe a minute and a half ago, but has still yet to say anything. golden hues looked at her with what was supposed to be confidence, but he was slowly losing the small ego trip he had. finally, he gives up on trying to be cool - shoulders slump with a sigh, and he opens his eyes once again to look at her. "kyoka, i - ... you wanna go out sometime? like. y'know. a date?" genuine. genuine seemed to be a better alternative to cool, in the moment.

words fail her, mind reeling. a date? with him? eyes search his face, for any tell that he was just teasing her, that this was a joke (because why else would he ask her out? he just thought of her as one of the guys, she’s sure). but there’s nothing; that slouch, that sheepishness, is all too genuine, and she can hardly imagine that kaminari is that good of an actor.
nervous now, fidgeting, she nods, eyes fixated at the ground in a desperate attempt to save face.

A chalky hand pressed up against her chin as she stood in thought in front of the other. A single brow quirked up as the girl decided her next few words carefully. Maybe there was a deal she could make with him to get her phone charged whenever; especially since she felt bad asking him to do it every time...
“Say,” She’d start off, giving him a gentle nudge. “if I drew you like Zeus in a detailed chalk art could I get you to charge my phone or laptop whenever we are on the go or something? My work isn’t bad either it will look good trust me.”
