Connected to the Grid: Opole Unit 5
On January 15th the ultra-supercritical (USC) power plant Opole was connected to the grid for the first time – a milestone also called “first synchronization”. In other words: it means that Opole Unit 5 is now delivering power to the grid. Once fully completed, Opole 5 & 6 will deliver 1.8 GW to the Polish grid. It will provide 8 % current domestic demand for electricity and will be the third largest Polish power plant.

VOLTER CHP-Plant Concept and Design revolution
Electricity from wood chips
The CHP-plant design concept for Volter. The CHP-plant produces, for example, enough electricity and heat for the annual needs of a farm or an entire small housing estate.
Electricity is produced by gasifying wood chips. Waste heat from the process can be used in hydronic underfloor heating, preheating of air-conditioning or domestic water, for example. Your CHP-plant can be landscaped to match your own surroundings.
Watching TV and a hotdog add came on that talked about American inventions, so lets go over this again;
BEN FRANKLIN DID NOT INVENT ELECTRICITY
HE DID NOT EVEN DISCOVER IT
THERE IS A LENGTHY HISTORY OF EXPERIMENTS WITH ELECTRICITY BEFORE HIM
HE WAS A DUDE WHO DID EXPERIMENTS THAT HE WAS LUCKY TO SURVIVE
STOP SAYING HE INVENTED OR DISCOVERED ELECTRISITY
Right now, regulatory law in both European countries and the states isn’t set up to handle a world in which electricity consumers also generate and sell their own electricity.
