Meanwhile Babies like Damien/Dark (Needs help walking/embarrassed about not being "professional"), Engie (Wants to go play but feels bad leaving their caretaker behind!), and Eric (Shy+Smol, little anxious baby!) may need a bit of handholding~ 😊

I could also imagine teaming them up, but that might be a little mean! 😝

WAILS. my weekend is super busy but I literally had to hop on to make sure I answered this in time for Easter

see, some families employ color-coding the eggs or something like that so the younger ones have an equal shot as the older ones, but with the ＷＫＭ boys that wouldn't work: even if Mark IS smaller than William that day, and he often is, he'd have a meltdown if you made it such an obvious point 😭 he tries so hard to keep up with him always..!

with a big group like you mention, though, it might work to have two areas -- use the more open, flat part of the yard to spread eggs through for the babies, and tell the older ones they're to run further out to where eggs are actually hidden-hidden, up in trees and such

still, the Actor can be a poor sport, so he'll likely need his caregiver close by to help distract him and/or help him process his feelings constructively; we don't want any tears or fights on Easter if we can help it!

little Damien would be just darling, my heart... he'd be so delighted by the bright colors of the eggs in the grass, picking each one up and showing you with a big, bright smile. sitting down with him after and he likes to shake them, excited by the sounds the different kinds of candy make, before you open them. he's a very sensory-oriented baby <3

LITTLE ENGIE... OH MY GOD... they'd dart off to grab an egg, but if they got too far, run back like wait, you're still with me, right? 🥺 his caregiver holding his basket so he gets to run back to them each time. get the lil guy a lot of exercise... he'll need a nap before dinner for sure

I feel like Eric definitely has a fear/anxious wetting response, so working around fireworks/storage facilities ended up w/ a lot of accidents, but hhh the though of putting him in diapers and letting him just let go (literally and figuratively) of all those extra worries is so cute!! Getting him all padded up and watching him waddle after you, all embarrassed but not wanting to be left behind, cuddling him and patting his cute crinkly bum just to hear him squeak and squirm, hiding his face in your shoulder!!! letting him crawl around outside to see all the fun animals, bundling him up with his little security blanket!! aaaa I just want him to be all happy and cozy, little baby guy deserves it.

YEAH 🥺🥺🥺 He'd be such a sweet little one. Just. Keeping him safe & being there to guide him... offering heaps of encouragement when he acts curious about something or tries something new. Helping him forget about his anxieties and just relax for at least a little while.

I imagine engineer to be the kind of guy who gets super focused on what he’s doing and tunes out his own bodily needs until he’s done...... please imagine him idly fidgeting and squirming while he works, not even realising he’s growing more and more desperate until the tiny little leaks he’s been having suddenly turns into a spurt, and he drops what he’s doing to grab himself, whining and panicking because oh god, he has to go so bad, oh no, and maybe he just barely makes it to the bathroom, jumpsuit damp and streaked with leaks. or maybe he doesn’t make it, pissing himself, all red faced and embarrassed at himself. and maybe the captain accidentally sees him wet, bumping into him in the hallway while he’s trying to get to the bathroom, inadvertadly making him lose focus and wet, and then they’re making sure to keep an eye on him, seeing him start to shift and squirm and leak, and gently reminding him to take a bathroom break, or consoling him when he has an accident..... soft cap helping their leaky engineer 🥺🥺🥺🥺

even if he notices at first, he'd push the urge aside, not wanting to stop before he's finished his task -- but after doubling-down on their focus, they won't realize that it's going to be too late before that task is finished

I also LOVE the concept of, even if the person who's wet successfully sneaks away, someone else finding the puddle while they're gone -- so the Captain coming to see him for something but finding an empty workstation with a suspicious puddle. And just then, Engineer coming back and having to stammer out some excuse about having spilled something -- which doesn't add up as there isn't anything liquid on the workstation, and besides, why would that make them blush?

and once the Captain has caught on, the little "do you need to--?" reminders being often met with an initial "no! of course not!" before the lapse in concentration allows those urgent messages from his bladder to finally register and he's got to sheepishly excuse himself after all, mumbling a thank-you....

It's Spring! And that means thinking about little baby guys 🥰

Spring means baby animal season, and I can't stop thinking about taking some small guys to see some cute animals! Like taking Illy to a petting zoo to see the "exotic" animals, Actor or Damien to a shelter for all the cute puppies and kitties, Eric to a farm to see all the cute farm animals he loves!! They'd be so cute getting to see the little animals 😊 Of course, some of them are a bit more adventurous then others~

and yes absolutely. someone like Illy or Wil would be excited to pet/hold any animal, even a "scary" looking one that other kids might shy away from. you'd need to keep an eye on them so they didn't try getting into somewhere they weren't supposed to go 🤭 I'm picturing Wil halfway over a fence and scolding him quietly before the staff notices. He insists he was "just looking" but you suspect otherwise...

Eric would want to interact with every animal, too, but he'd need a bit of encouragement that it's okay, he can do it; you're right here to help if he needs. He's afraid of hurting them or something going wrong. If he gets too anxious he'll prefer to just look; holding your hand and telling you facts about the animal and how to take care of them. A staff member overhearing and praising him for his thoughtfulness and knowledge (i.e. being such a smart little boy) and he goes ALL red and hides in your shirt

I never see this anywhere and can't get my brain to brain enough to write it myself yet but what if diaps were part of the happy trails uniforms? Like the inmates *cough*yancy*cough* clearly didn't get their childhood needs fulfilled since they became criminals when they grew up so they get sent to happy trails to start over - and thats taken literally?

I've seen Yancy as age/re but only just cute snuggles w/racoon plush and while that's ofc completely adorable I kinda wanna see a happy trails agere rehab center fic for some reason ☺
