The single phase ac rectification solid state relay has six terminals, which can be used to the industrial and commercial applications. The control signal can be divided into automatic control signal (E type: 0~5VDC, G type: 4~20mA) and manual control signal (potentiometer). This kind of normal type three phase AC voltage regulator uses a normal package (or advanced assembling), with adaptability of demanding work environments, and it has more functions than the simple type. R, S, T ports are connected to the three-phase AC power supply; U, V, W ports are connected to the load. CON an COM are connected to the control signal device. The control signal can be divided into E type: 0~5VDC, F type: 0~10VDC, and G type: 4~20mA. +5VDC is the internal power supply, which is generated by the regulator itself. The conduction angle of the thyristor can be changed by adjusting the input control signal, to adjust the output voltage to achieve the purpose of regulating and controlling the load voltage. And following is the additional function: 1) Adjustable output voltage range: the maximum output value and minimum output value of the output voltage can be adjusted by BIAS. 2) Multi-function LED status indicator light: PL will be lighted when the voltage regulator is connected to the three phase 380VAC power supply and powered on; IN will lighted when the temperature control signal is transmitted from the temperature controller; OUT will be lighted when the voltage regulator is connected to the load and works steadily; FB will be lighted when the fast fuse is blown. The DC reversible-motor solid state relay is a DC forward and reverse switch for DC electric motor, which uses the DC control signal to control the DC forward-reverse motor. The three-terminal input circuit of this DC motor direction control relay is connected to the DC control signal, two of these terminals are used to control the forward and reverse rotation of the DC bi-directional motor. The output circuit of this DC electric motor reversing switch is connected to the DC load and DC reversing motor. The polarity of the two terminals connected to the DC reverse electric motor can be exchanged according to the DC control signal.
