I'm writing another volume of Element Punk, so I'll won't be working on music as much. I do have a project with a friend that's coming out sooner or later. If you interested in all that I do, follow me here and my Element Punk blog. Thanks guys👍
I just got my copy of Vol. 2 and all I have to say is WOW. Everything looks so much better than the first volume. The only thing that got messed up was the table of contents. Createspace fucked up on that part, but other than that 😆
The Development of EP Vol. 2 Part 2
The amount of chapters left in was intentional. I thought I had ten whole chapters, but realized at the last minute it was only nine. For future reference, it will always be 10 chapters or more. I get to introduce a few new characters, so that always a great thing. I try to make all my characters unique in a way. I don’t want bland personalities or similar ones for each.
Themes play a heavy role in Element Punk, so each arc has its own theme. For me, it isn’t always clear and cut. It doesn’t hit me until much later during writing. Anyway, I would say that the theme right now is acceptance. You have to come to terms with things you might not want to. But once you’ve realized this, life for you can move forward.

The Development of EP Vol 2. Part I
I didn’t want to repeat the mistakes that my first book suffered. I knew that I needed to make sure that everything was in the best shape it could be in. It was the small things that bothered me, like lack of page numbers and tiny text. I also want to readers to get to know the characters a bit more. I presented the story like a friend...a very unique friend at that. But I sort of stepped back to better explain the backstory behind some characters. Character development is essential to any story, so I wasn’t going into this novel without it.
