Sehun isn’t a fool to know that being a prince has its perks. Well that, and having many servants in the kingdom to serve at his beck and call. But one among the many was certainly his. Not by lawful possession, but by true love. The prince was no better than his kind servant for as Jimin was indeed loyal, honest, and brilliant. Surely, Jimin didn’t have the same royal blood he did, but Sehun always tried to look past it. Instead, he made the best of it.
Growing up with Jimin meant loyalty and fondness. Sehun despite all the pranks and mischiefs he’s thrown at his servant, loved Jimin dearly as someone more. His lover. They were indeed forbidden by social standards, but Sehun never took a no for an answer to his relationship with his servant. All the other servants were aware, but they paid no mind nor did they intervene to stop the affairs between the two. No one could deny a prince. And certainly, Jimin could never find it in his heart to leave him.
It is the evening and Sehun sits at his desk, focused onto a document that his father requested he read for proper knowledge. He huffs, knowing that he could do better entertaining things before going to bed. Rising from his chair, he holds a hand to his head, exhausted from reading endless, theoretical scrolls. “For once, father needs to let me rest at night. I can’t sleep well if he’s letting me read a bunch of scrolls before bed.” He spoke to Jimin before sitting at the edge of his bed.
A hand through his ashy brown hair, the prince sighs as he glances toward the servant. “You’re not going to sleep in the servant’s quarters tonight are you?” He asks, chocolate orbs blinking at the latter. Surely, he hopes...Jimin would stay by his side. He always has done so.
