I help coach 5th grade girls basketball and today was our first home game. At our first game we only scored 2 points and I think the girls were disappointed. But today we scored 8 points and our plays went much smoother this time around. I am really proud of them. Sure, we lost this game, but they played so much better today. I am so happy with how today's game went!
Soccer? What's that again?
Usually, the boys at my school are playing soccer, but because of a couple of trips to the basketball court last week with a couple of students, basketball is here. Basketball won over soccer today: 10-4. Usually, it's 20-0.
