I made this painting for an art show at Planet Rooth Gallery in San Diego, California back in 2005 with my husband @toddlawsonart It sold opening night, it was made into a very small limited edition prints that sold out a few months later and then was published in a few magazines and newspapers front covers. This painting was my bread and butter for a chunk of a year. I have the original drawing drawn on illustration board (except her head is out of frame) and have kept the original transfer paper in the studio. #tbt to 10 years ago. Thank you @sundiegoswede for the great friendship and grateful for having us Canadians exhibit in your gallery all those years ago! I hope to touch as many hearts in my lifetime and would want each and everyone to know how much they all mean to me. 2010 "Hearts In Hand" was an illustration to support the disaster in Haiti. Love to all. #elesavet
