I’ve been told there’s an event here around this time of year that occurs on the Chinese servers, but a version of it can be seen on US and other servers. Blushing Prospector and Whale Whisperer will slowly float to meet over this bridge of birds, but I’m not sure when. Apparently it’s happened at least last year and maybe in years before, but this is the first I’ve heard of it courtesy of a friend on a Discord server.

It’s based on a Chinese equivalent of Valentine’s Day.
