Eli: “Um, all of them?”

Lucifer: “Please. They are humans. Flesh and blood. They all have the same weaknesses and they can all be killed. There isn’t anything intimidating about that. Talk to me when we have something other than a meat sack to deal with.”

Do you have any friends? Other than Lucifer.

Eli: “I don’t think I do. I’m not sure that I ever have. Maybe my sister. If she manages to forgive me for what I did. I think she has. She said she understood last I saw her but that was... six years ago now. I miss her.”

Lucifer: “He doesn’t need anyone else. People just hurt him. So I hurt people for us. Now back off before I decided I want to see what your heart would look like on the floor.”

Who is your favourite patient? Who is your favourite staff member?

Eli: “I don’t know to many people here yet. A lot changed in six months but I don’t mind Arik. He’s a good doctor. A fair man. Cole seems nice enough but everyone else is really pretty frightening.”

Lucifer: “Dexter. That boy is going places, let me tell you. It’s been a hot minute since I last saw him but we are due for a lunch. The staff can and will burn in hell with me. Arik gets a really special place at my side however.”
