I think one of the reasons Elliot and Sophie have such an interesting dynamic to me is the dichotomy between Elliot, who has always used his name and has it connected to everything he’s ever done and all the people he’s ever known, and Sophie, whose real name and story is a mystery and who lives full lives in her mind for every one of her grifts

While the main point of Eliot's running gag where he knows things because of all the women he's dated is to show off how attractive he is to "desirable" women, it does show that Eliot listens to his partners. He talks an interest in the things they care about. Even when his relations probably don't last long

Unpopular opinion but I think Eliot Spencer looks better with long hair. The short hair is fine (I guess, it's whatever) but like his *long hair* holy shit

The hairstyles this man pulls with his long hair have me HOOKED. the ponytails, the braids in season 2, the bandanas

I’ve watched the entirety of the show Leverage at least 6 times, and you’re telling me never once did I notice Eliot’s little rat tails in season 2???

He’s got them in quite a few episodes, but never once did I see them before! I feel like I’m going crazy!

I first noticed them in the Runway Job (maybe the Iceman one too but I could be wrong) but I’m rewatching it now with someone else and they didn’t notice them either till I pointed them out!

I can’t take screenshots on my phone but they’re in this promo shoot, and they seem to disappear behind his shoulders in a few scenes, but they’re there!

Love how much fun Eliot got to have in the Boiler Room Job. People talk about him trekking in nature and freaking the mark out with his snake heart antics but he also got to be a silly goofy guy in the beginning when he blocked him with his cleaning cart
