Summary: Two weeks after the conclusion of the bet that brought you two together, you and Max spend the weekend in Manhattan. Summary: March 23, 2022 was supposed to be a great day for Ricky Starks. He ran into his "one-that-got-away" and was filled with hope. His best friend was coming to see him defend his FTW title live in Cedar Park against Swerve Strickland. But after missing his chance to win back the woman he used to love and failing to defend his title he doesn't think anything can get worse…until he wakes up and finds that it's Wednesday morning again. Yes, this is a time loop fic.

Notes: So I started writing this story back in March of 2022, but if you know me, you know I lulls with writer's block and motivation. Since AEW is rolling back into New Orleans tonight and I do deeply miss Team Taz from this time, I thought I would get the prologue posted.
