Food is weird to me. So is taste. Why are these crisp “chips” so “tasty”? I may end up consuming all of the chips in the bag if my mind wanders too much… I like the saltiness of them. Though, it makes me thirsty.

I don’t understand many things. Even though I think it’s my job to… But it doesn’t matter much, I don’t think. As long as I can sort out files and code, I’m all set.

There’s a number on the back of my neck. “340”. It’s imprinted into my skin, and has been that way for as long as I can remember. It stings a bit when something touches it, so I think it’s something like a tattoo.

I am still unsure what my job is, exactly. There’s so many manuals and documents that tell me everything, but make no sense at all. All I’m certain of is that I am the core. I am important.
