hmmmmm. Do you mean "could heacanon as no sex happening"? Or "could headcanon as purely romantic attraction"? Or something else? Vetra and Suvi would be closest. Both fade to black at kissing, but a bed is implied by the setting. Ryder can definitely flirt without implying sexual attraction. A lot of Vetra's flirts are actually about mutual support, and as someone who identifies as grey ace I really appreciate that. She'd be my top pick for an ace Ryder.

I was thinking about something in the line of “could headcanon as purely romantic attraction” but also “the characters have a chat where one of them mentions that they may not be into sex that much and that’s okay” (but not necessarily “I want to have sex LATER” if you know what I mean?). 

The “fade into black” type of scene can be nice if I want to avoid uncomfortable sex scenes but for my taste they might still heavily imply that the sex scene does happen.

magic systems are hard! I think the best questions for it are 1) what does it usually look like, 2) what is literally impossible to do? 3) what is the cost? and 4) what does cutting edge experimental magic look like in at least two forms (one planned, one from desperation) Also, I am always happy to brainstorm about magic :D

That is a thing in the fandom actually. The hate-fucking. There is a LOT of fic for them, both on AO3 and in the kinkmeme.
