I have to cut gluten, most dairy, and most sugar from my diet for digestive reasons and let me tell you, I HATE IT when someone tries some of my shitty “all organic” “vegan” “gluten free” “dairy free” foods i now HAVE to eat and they say “oh, that’s not that bad” Shut the fuck up, shove a granola bar up your ass, go home eat your goddamn NORMAL FOOD because i can promise you that a life full of shitty replacements for all the foods i used to love is, in fact, that bad. I read that article “Is East racist” and the whole thing was like, “No... They just say and do racist things but they’re not racist... they just don’t understand...”
Even with the claim that they “don’t understand” that they’re being racist, they’re still being racist. Like I get that as a teacher he couldn't come right out and say it but it was the most passive article on racism I've ever read.
