Luna and kat!
I had been gone for a while but I'm back now! I wanted to mix Kat's old design with the one Ellen later chose for the manga (in my opinion, she looks very cute in both versions)
If Vampire Kisses ever got an adaptation, i want it to start by panning onto a school, through a window, into a class of kids talking about what they want to be when they grow up.
Then the teacher asks one little girl, who stands out from the rest in her darker colors.
As the teacher lists off different jobs, the girl shakes her head at each one. Until finally the teacher asks what exactly.
And that little girl smiles, a shadow across her eyes a la Morticia Addams as the camera turns to show her face. Music tenses up, the camera zooms in, before she says "A vampire!"
And cue title screen.
Like I'm just imagining it with the same energy as a 1990s-2010s family movie, something like Addams Family or Matilda. And I love the idea. It's the type of vibe that would fit with the books!
had a dream about my favorite vampire polycruel from middle school a few nights ago. haven't thought about them in so long
