CRINGY A/F local Ellendale City Councilman thinks this "impression" of his "hobby" is acceptable in public, and in broad daylight....all because the ground-level security cameras on an adjoining property were damaged by him (Councilman Joel Meyer), so the owner had to elevate the cameras. The city council is completely ignoring a written formal complaint about this behavior, and others.
