Day 7 - Austin, TX: So this was the "load in" today, which had to qualify as comical (as opposed to depressingly cumbersome). We stopped at WUTX 98.9 and played a few tunes...then did this absurdly long gear haul and then had an absolute blast playing to a packed warm Austin crowd....Hightlights include the audience saving my ass on "In Front of the World", an IRS inspired "Milwaukee" & "We Say Goodbye". There are no filters and yes I'm wearing a SWNE crew hoodie and double yes I'm wearing my fluorescent loading gloves. Hats off to @jhumphreymusic, #elliotblaufuss & #cookiedough for getting under the hood of this music so quickly...feels great to fly with you.
