While Ellis still strongly feels the limitations of his stunted growth due to childhood/pubescent illnesses...he’s slowly learning about how to work his body for what it is, and not what he wishes it was.
He’s gradually coming to an understanding that the sooner he accepts things he cannot change, the more liberated he can (potentially) feel with being able to see the unchangeable as something to work with, instead of a loss, or a barrier.

I see that girl wandering around Join Avenue literally every day, now. She’s gotta be new, but...I see her already working at the Dojo. She must be talented, and she sounds super smart. She’s a little clumsy, and really disorganized, but it’s so cute.
I wonder if she’s got somebody...I’ve finally built up the courage to ask.
