He was allowed in her territory. That was the only reason that made her so... feral. Was that even the right word? Her intensity was on an entirely different level. What had set her off? Surely not Zafir’s sorry state. His wounds would heal. This was nothing. He’d suffered much worse in the past. That was definitely not it. She didn’t care about him after all.
That being said, he found himself intrigued. A small part of him wanted to tell her to calm down. One had to control their strength, that much he knew. She told him not to follow her and he did remain in his spot for a solid few seconds before standing up after all. He held his wound, putting pressure on it to stop the bleeding before quietly tracking Loni down, following her from a safe distance to see what she was going to do next.
