My head has been stuck with the idea of "padded and physically cannot do anything about it"

Like, I'd still wanna have my hands to play games or cuddle plushies, but maybe like, wrist cuffs tied to a collar, just short enough to stop my hands being able to reach my diaper. So there's no way out. Meaning not only am I forced to use it, it if I do, I have to go find someone to change me cos I can't do it myself >.<
