Being biromantic asexual my primary color is usually shades of purple. But my draconic familiar & wings have taken to trading colors when I'm not looking! If they're both out of my sight the next time I see one of them if it was black now they're purple & if they were purple now they're black! It's getting really distracting. Is there a way to get them to settle into permanent colors?

Talk it out as reasonable adults and use lots of “I” statements.  You can’t control other people, only your own actions

Quantum state of a particle. Schrödinger's cat was supposed to illustrate/ridicule the idea that you can't tell what state a particle is in until you observe it and would therefore need to describe it in all possible states pre-observation. Not sure how you explain something like a particle in multitudes of states…but it's quantum physics and I can't even handle regular physics.

Cool cool. I'd just heard wyverns described as wings + 0-2 legs and dragons as 6 limbed most often so 2 legs and 6 limbs threw me for a loop and I wanted to see what you thought

Well, I'm pretty sure stormcutters could be considered wyverns. They have four wings, yeah, but only have hindlegs and no forearms. In my book, and without further argumentation, that would classify them as wyverns. =3
