ok so if Dirk is heart aspect and has all these splinters of himself do you think the Game Over timeline Dirk would be able to join the alpha timeline?

Well the thing with Prince's is all their arcs involve destroying themselves in the process, since they are the active destroyer class (Bards being their opposite, passive wild cards.) of their aspects.

Eridan killed Feferi and destroyed the Matriorb because he felt their entire situation was hopeless. (and thus Destroyed hope in himself as well). Kurloz destroyed his own Rage and is incredibly calm and patient in face of the billions of years waiting for LE (also insinuated he's got something to do with the passive, fearful attitudes of all the Dancestors and their unanimous refusal to join Meenah, who had been dead a day- to her -and thus hadn't been influenced by Kurloz.)

So Dirk literally destroying his own soul via disintegration into those glitches (which we saw with Aranea he can inflict on others). Also goes with the fact his ties/loved ones had all been destroyed so he just gave up and literally self-destructed.

So no, I don't think that Dirk can come back since he destroyed his own soul and all Prince's tend to be incredibly destructive towards themselves and it's pretty much impossible to build them back up again; so I think they're gonna have to find the one who hasn't destroyed himself (probably the one still lingering at the edge of the session?)
