Ok man giving it to you straight it's very contradictory to say "fuck the spectrum" then turning around and using numerous(2) labels from it to ID yourself? You said yourself that sorting people into neat little boxes doesn't work, but you're basically doing exactly that? Personally I don't agree with many of the existing subcategories that exist, but if it's yours then go ahead? Just know that you're essentially saying one thing but doing another, which can rub people the wrong way dude
When I said that what I mean is people can identity however they want and forcing people into boxes is wrong, especially if the only ones laid out are "boy" & "girl". People can choose their identities all they want bc that's not being forced into an identity that's them wanting to find the labels themselves to describe themselves & if they don't want to that then they don't have too. That's what it means by we shouldn't organize people into neat little boxes. Some people are neat freaks, some don't care.Addressing the second half, basically what I'm saying is I don't like the spectrum bc I don't understand what makes it, well, IT, in the first place (like what constitutes as a boy & a girl beyond label just confuses me) but as much as I don't like it, I still identify on it. The labels are just to help me understand myself better I guess. I know it may seem contradictory, but it makes sense to me.Also if the only reason you're accepting my gender identify is bc I'm your friend... Then I really don't know what to say. Sorry for answering like this if you would have preferred I answer in private but I figured it would help in case anybody else had any confusion on my gender as well
