So I’m catching up on Elspet’s war campaign quests, and Nathanos pops up and calls me a mongrel.

First, I am a pure-bred Ironforge dwarf, thank you very much for noticing.

And second, if I wasn’t, what of it? Would it matter? If I was half Dark Iron, or half Wildhammer, or even just half dwarf and half something else ... what of it?

My value is not based on my family tree.

This is not the first time I’ve noticed an NPC insulting the other faction by calling someone a mongrel. This seems like a bad choice when the real world is full of actual Nazis.

Hiding solemnly in paintings long forgotten, a viola can be heard dancing in the darkness. The artist who time forgot, Elspet, is a shy spirit, secluding herself from both the living and the undead.

Supposedly, she paints using her own blood and her viola uses strings made of her own fur.
