I almost picked Elsweyr for my island as well! I wanted something from Elder Scrolls and thought Summerset Island, like the Summerset Isles. May your island have warm sands!

yay a fellow Elder Scrolls fan! 💛 I know for sure that I wanted to name my island something from the series, but at the time I wasn’t sure if we would still have 8 characters or if it would be increased so I went with Elsweyr since it was one of the shorter names. Once I found out our town name can be 10 characters now, I thought briefly about changing my island name but I realized I’d grown attached to the name Elsweyr so I kept it!

I hope you’ll post pics of how Summerset Island looks when you get the game, I’m excited to see! I’ll be sure to post pics of Elsweyr as well 😊

her name is Daisy, which was my first dog’s name ;_; So like 10/10 name.

and she’s so small and tiny and her snot bubble!!! the outfit is on point, love how she has turnips strapped to her head that probably weigh more than she does

Isabelle will always have a special place in my heart, but Daisy Mae has told Isabelle that this ain’t about her anymore, it’s her time to shine!!!

6: Catching bugs V.S. Going Fishing?

I’ve always preferred fishing over bug hunting, just because I’m not a bug person in real life lol.

9: Pre-Plan your island V.S. see where your inspiration takes you as you play?

I’m thinking a mix of both! For the main areas of my island (shop areas & villager homes) I will most likely start planning as soon as I’m playing the game. But for the rest of the island I’ll just leave open until I figure out what to do with the areas.

16: Rainy days V.S. Windy days?

I love love love rainy days, I love the smell and feel of rain. Rainy days always bring a sense of peace and calm to me, so I’m excited to experience rain in the game!

18: Listen to the AC soundtrack V.S. listen to your own favourite music while you play?

I’m one of those people that always opts to listen to the game’s music while I play rather than mute the game and put on my own playlist. I feel like listening to the game’s own music just furthers my own game experience and adds to the whole fun of it overall.

Time change and cramps got me all messed up and awake when I shouldn't be right now but just wanted to say good name choice for your island. My name's Alicia and my Animal Crossing blog is hazelwood-crossing now but I was elsweyr-crossing for years as that was my New Leaf town. Tumblr suggested your blog to me and I was so confused because in my sleepiness I thought I was having my own blog suggested to me.

oof I feel you, I just got over my cramps for the month 🙁. and same the time changes always f me up, I woke up feeling so groggy this morning lol.

But thank you! I think the name Elsweyr just gives my island a more magical and mystical feel since it’s an Elder Scrolls name. I wanted the url elsweyrcrossing, but it’s still taken by someone who seems to be inactive so I had to go with elsweyr-crossing instead! 😅 I’m glad you found me though haha, sorry for confusing you! Looking forward to seeing how your island will look!! 🌴
