Blue Panther Jr., The Panther and Stigma vs El Sagrado, Misterioso and Disturbio
Who’s who?
Blue Panther Jr. and The Panther have the classic panther mask design, but Blue is in Blue while just The Panther is in Black. Their 3rd is Stigma in black and red mask and pants.
On the rudo side we have El Sagrado who has a third white cross on his black mask, Misterioso has a green mask with tendrils of cloth that hand off it, their 3rd member is Disturbio who is the only maskless man in the match.
How’s the match?
Good, this tuesday's show is full of good wrestling and this is a great example of that. Particularly Stigma and Sagrado clash pretty well throughout the duration of this match.
Rey Cometa vs Virus, in a Lightning Match
Who’s who?
Rey Cometa is in the blue attire while Virus is wearing black attire with facepaint. Rey Cometa(34) is a bit younger than Virus(48). Both are midcard guys so this is a chance for bragging rights and might tip the hat that the winner has a bigger story coming... or it might be filler for the Tuesday show. Hard to say until the next few weeks unfold.
How’s the match?
Good, much better than expect. No offense to either man, but Virus is getting long in the tooth and my perception of Rey Cometa is that of a guy who always loses. They put on a great show though and I think my highlight of the night would have to be a bizarre armdrag that Virus does to Rey Cometa on the outside... that looked brilliantly smooth.
Los Revolucionarios del Terror(Dragón Rojo Jr. & Polvora) & Vangellys vs Dragon Lee, Guerrero Maya Jr. and Johnny Idol
Who’s who?
Dragon Rojo Jr. has hair that hangs out of his mask and is in all red, Polvora has yellow and red on his mask and is in black pants while their 3rd Vangellys has no mask and has a shaved head from losing a recent hair vs hair match.
On the tecnico side of things we have Dragon Lee in red and white, Guerrero Maya Jr. has all white attire with some silver/green trim and their 3rd Johnny Idol is also maskless with long hair.
How’s the match?
Very good, Dragon Lee looks like the star that CMLL has strongly positioned him as. One of the only things that’s off in the match is that the finish doesn’t land as well as one would like. Still the other 90% of the match is nearly flawless with both teams playing their good/bad guy roles perfectly.
Angel de Oro, Marco Corleone and Volador Jr. vs El Terrible, Rey Bucanero and Negro Casas
Who’s who?
Angel de Oro like he often, is in his golden attire and mask, Marco Corleone is the giant white guy wearing the colors of Mexico/Italy(green white and red) while their third is maskless long haired member of Sky Team Volador Jr in green trunks/knee pads.
On the bad guy team we have 3 older rudos : Negro Casas the only member in briefs/trunks, El Terrible who has a beard and is in all black shirt and pants, then their their Rey Bucanero who has facepaint on and some dirty blonde to his hair.
How’s the match?
Okay, but not as good as the 3 matches under it on the card. It’s an all too brief affair that has the rudos controlling most of the match up. The main reason this match is of note is that post match Rey seem to call out Angel de Oro. I didn’t get gifs for this match though there are some highlights, not many because of how quickly the match wraps up.

Negro Casas, Gran Guerrero and Hechicero vs Valiente, Titan and Rey Cometa
Who’s who?
Match starts with Valiente vs Hechicero, Valiente in his normally green/silver mask and briefs, he is teaming with Rey Cometa who is maskless in a dark blue wrestling gear while Titan has a light blue mask and pants.
Meanwhile Hechicero is wearing brown straps and had a stylized H on the front of his belt, he is teaming with Gran Guerrero in Blue/black mask and tights while Negro Casas in maskless in classic plain black trunks.
How’s the match?
Good from the beginning with Valiente and Hechicero facing off to the end spot with Negro Casas and Valiente. If you have been paying attention lately Titan has been doing good work and will hopefully get more exposure as the guy chosen to tour with RoH soon in replacement of Atlantis who was injured. He impressed in some NJPW multi man matches at the G1 in the USA special. He is always fun to watch as are most of the people in the match. I think Rey Cometa is the big loser of the 6, Ironically he won a match on Monday, but lost this one on tuesday I actually covered. A good match with a ring full of guys who know how to do 6 man tag matches in their sleep. Pretty surprised to see the catch spot twice in this match, but it’s a spot I love so it’s a welcomed surprise.
Angel de Oro, Mistico and Caristico vs El Terrible, Rey Bucanero and Mephisto
Who’s Who?
Angel de Oro sticks out among his team wearing old gold, while Mistico and Caristico continue to confuse the outsiders looking like twins. Perhaps CMLL see’s these two as contenders for the tag straps Negro Casas and Shocker have been holding for ages? Caristico, just like always has red eyes on his mask, while Mistico has red trim to his pants. These two need to coordinate outfits better.
On the rudo side we have the long haired El Terrible with a beard, Rey Bucanero with dirty blonde hair and face paint while their third is the masked leader of El Hijo del Infierno, Mephisto who also is carrying a CMLL singles title too.
How’s the match?
Good, it seems a little weird to have Mephisto not flanked by his boys from Infierno. I think he is much better to make these two guys look legitimate than someone like Kraneo/Shocker. Rey and Terrible continue to go over, which is nice. It makes these two guys who haven’t seemed like threats lately seem more dangerous. I also love that the 3rd round ending has 2 elimination falls making things more tense in the last minute or two of the bout with any fall declaring the winner.
