After a month in the tropics, Mr. TFG is back to getting out and about. First stop was Stink Cheese and Meat (or?) El Tufo Wine Bar and Tapas. It looks like a combo place in downtown near the theater district. Started off with Fechas de quesa azul; dates with blue cheese and caramelized pecans. Then hit the Trifecta, a three part meal choice. I chose half of the prosciutto and brie sandwich, garden salad and the 5 mushroom soup. The soup was aces. Prosciutto and brie was delicious especially with the rustic roll. Finished with the yum yum chocolate brownie. The industrial meets eclectic feel of the layout with 70s album rock in the background gives a nice low key vibe.
