Never seen anyone else who has lekku dysphoria. I'm sorry to hear it's been troubling you. Sucks that there's only so much we can do in our bodies to accommodate it ^^;;. If its OK to ask, how do you do your hair to help yours?Back when I fronted more I used to tie our hair up with a scarf and tie it so that the ends would hang like my lekku. I haven't been around too much lately though, and I don't know where any of my scarves are, but we have plenty of hair ties and such. Though tbh I'd have to get used to having hair I'm still coping with that one heheh. -Yuly
Hello, what a kind response - apologies for my long absence. It warms my heart to see other Twi'lek (or Togruta) out there. I had simply tied our hair back into ponytails at the time, but it did not feel like much due to its short length. Honestly, the thick scarf I'm wearing right now feels slightly more affirming. I might try more combinations, but I wouldn't want to imitate head-scarves of human cultures. If we were to modify a beanie of sorts that we could simply slip on, that'd be my ideal, I would think. (Beanies help with the hair, too.)
