"She's gone." Elvis whispered as he looked over at the other. "She passed in her sleep. Her doctor said that she suffered no pain." He added on as a tear ran down his cheek. He was tired, worn down, and broken. He just lost someone so dear to him, and he didn't know what to do now.
❛ what?! ❜ elvis laughed softly as he put the fork to his nose to smell the object. ❛ what is it? ❜ he questioned looking at the other. ❛ i'm nervous. ❜ he added.
❛ i mean you can either come with me or you can stay right here & just let this deadbeat town destroy you.❜ elvis spoke as he finished packing up his bag.
elvis sighed as he looked over at the other that stood in front of him. he had to get out of here. he needed to leave this place. there wasn't anything left for him here. he needed a escape, and this was the only way he knew how. ❛ i have to go, you know i can't stay.❜
"I've heard enough of your bullshit today. I get it you don't love me like you once did. I don't get why you have to keep coming back by the garage everyday to tell me this?" He questioned as he wiped his greasy hand on his towel as he slammed the car hood shut and looked over at the girl.
⊰ ♞ ;; ⊱ "What? I'm cute and you know it." Elvis grinned as he laughed at his own stupid self.
The music seemed to play slowly in the background as Elvis walked around the last place the two of them had been together. The lyrics of the song drowned out the chaos that enveloped around him. He kept his head low and his glaze on the ground as he walked down the sidewalk. Had it truly been six months since he had last seen her? Still to this day he has no clue in hell how the two of them just ended right here in a blink of an eye. It was like one minute they were a romantic comedy and the next they were both staring in a tearful drama. All Elvis wanted now was her. He just wanted all of her, the touch of her skin on his the way they laid next to each other and all of their inside jokes. Just thinking about her sent him over the edge in heart break pain. The pain of his heart breaking in his chest could end up killing him. He truly couldn't take it anymore. He lost the one thing that actually made sense in his life and he just let her. He never ran after her, like he was always told to do. Once the words escaped their lips it was like his whole body was paralyzed and nothing could seem to move him. He was just stuck right there in front of the glowing fountain in the middle of a cold December night. Maybe it was the snow that kept his feet stuck to the ground or maybe it was because he became a empty shell without her in his life. Elvis took a deep breath as he raised his head and his eyes roamed over to the fountain he hadn't visited since that cold December night, and he could not believe what his eyes were capturing right now. His mind must of have been playing tricks on him as he noticed her beautiful self standing there, seemingly waiting on someone or something, but what....?
