Shadow State, by Elyse Brayden
This book was a page turner with a plot twist at the end. The plot was slightly confusing and, quite frankly, a bit ridiculous. The characters were mostly mediocre (and had unfortunate names), though there were a few good characters. Brayden created tension between characters well. Overall, I didn’t love this book.

It’s all connected to a drug that might be an ultimate weapon: a tool to control people’s memories. Now, to stop a possible terrorist attack, Brynn has to find out what she’s been forced to forget—and what side she’s really on.
