I love these vintage arcade pics especially the ones featuring women playing the arcade.. I'm guessing circa 1970's! 💜🕹️🤩

Had an absolutely lovely night gaming with @xatomicxabyssx, @sirneutral and @please-be-reasonable <3 Let’s hope we catch these necromancers!
I like this machine.. The vintage styling looks quite good to me and I like how similar to a pinball machine it looks! 🕹️💜😀👍🏻
I love this Japanese Arcade pic from 1975!
Game 47: Isle of Jura Apr2025
People are far too harsh on this game. It is a neat little fishing island game where you can interact with a small set of people, collect treasure, and mostly fish. If you came here with the thought process it looks ugly or it takes too long to fish; perhaps you need to learn that this game just isn't for you. For everyone else that can see the charm of this game, it's going to be a fun distraction. Fishing and the various ways you unlock new abilities provide a decent challenge, but it's never hair pulling in the sense that any and all paths are pretty straight forward. The overall goal of the game is simply getting enough unique fish to fulfill the main characters report. While I think it would have been fun to have a few different cutscenes and endings to the game, it honestly isn't trying to deliver a story driven game here as it's most there to zone out and fish. In a lot of ways the game is purely about fishing, and while there are a few side parts to it, it's about as pure to a fishing game you can get.
Fishing itself is legitimately just a nice little action that rewards patience, and isn't even close to difficult compared to some other fishing mini games in other games like Ocarina of Time or Stardew Valley. In fact, I think a main part of what makes up the charm of this game is simply feeling like it's a mini game of something much bigger. Like a small piece got sectioned off for you to just go out and fish. While certain rarities of fish can be mind numbingly hard to find or get, the majority of the time it's just about numbers and luck over doing something wrong. A few hiccups happened through out the game, but it mostly just boiled down to not checking every resource of knowledge I had to work with. Only a few fish are very area specific, and while I wish there was some hint of how to get them, it mostly boils down to fisher instincts and figuring what areas are unique.
With everything explored and was offer from this game, I have to say it was fun to zone out and get everything. Although some of the character design leaves something to be desired, and the soundtrack being kinda flimsy in its impression. Largely I had a good time.
Just got done playing some Stardew Valley multiplayer with @atomicxabyss , I am determined to woo my own boyfriend.
So I just downloaded Rebel Galaxy.
This looks lit as fuck.
