em, im so sorry people feel angry because of your brattamer!dex, but i truly believe it is pure jealousy from their side. it doesn’t even make sense to complain, the whole point of fanfiction is to become creative with the characters that were already made by someone else, nothing is canon because it’s fucking fanfiction! and everyone interprets the character in their own way, because we all have different perceptions and opinions, i mean it’s not even something that needs to be explained… but hateful people will always hate i guess. your writing is amazing!! and your brattamer!dex is soooo good!! don’t let people full of hate get to you. thank you for feeding us so good, diva💓💓💓

thank you diva! i can’t believe this has lasted as long as it has, i don’t even have an issue with the original poster. i was done replying YESTERDAY. and people are still going. i can’t believe i have to explain the concept of FAN. FICTION. over and over.

seems people are forgetting dex would be a terrible partner with unhealthy dynamics. but oh, heavens forbid i don’t write CANON DEX ?!?!?!? calling people delusional for assigning dominant kinks/traits to a character who we’ve never seen act in a romantic manner towards anyone. it’s not the fucking bullseye show, it’s daredevil. we’ve never been given insight into dex’s romantic/sexual life. so there isn’t any canon romantic/sexual dex. the delusion is thinking fanfic authors have to write canon accurate dex only. saying dex would never? well yeah of course he wouldn’t, good thing i’m not a show writer. i’m just a fanfiction writer.

this is exactly why i took a break from this app, because it truly isn’t that deep.
