Hi eggplant, I was looking at Boyang's protocols for his FS at CoC and I noticed his last spin had a "V' after the level (CCoSp3V). I couldn't find a definition for it and was wondering if you knew what it stands for?
it means he missed a requirement and got a base value reduction on the spin. you can read more about it on 2016-17 SOV, bottom of page 8.
You know something. I kind of wonder why the Nohr sibs are so dedicated to Marx. It couldn't have been easy interacting with him (If they even ever had any interaction with him at all because of their mothers) when they were younger and Marx was specifically stated to be THE awkward teen so it makes you wonder when he grew up or what he did to inspire such loyalty from his half siblings. I mean like, even now, his support with Camilla shows he doesn't really interact with the rest of them often.
Well, sometimes just going through the same shit together will make you bond.
Fwiw I do think that Marx might be the least close to the rest of them. The rest of the siblings demonstrably show a desire to stand up for each other--but Marx follows his father’s orders unflinchingly, even when it comes to beating down one of his siblings.

Follow your heaaaart~ Although, seriously, the team that named the characters did seem to take some consideration into their names but I don't really think that they were thinking all that much about the origin of the names beyond some connection or meaning to the characters. If it helps, Kozaki writes "Marx's" name as Marks and Inigo's fates name as "Lazwald"
The internal data for MyRoom has romanized names. On the whole they look pretty insightful (Bunowa is Benoit) but they also have Marx down as “Marks” and Lajvard down as “Lazward”.
I can’t really care that they’re inconsistent about it. I just spent this morning talking at length about a place in the Thracian Peninsula called ペルルーク which is written Peruluke on the FE4 map, Perulula(!?) on the unused internal FE5 map, and Peruluke again on the printed tablecloth version of the FE5 map.

Yeah… this has also been my experience with Ryouma. I think if you dig back to my first Hoshido run, you’ll find screenshots of Kazahana and Ryouma that do not flatter him.
Ryouma’s sword is really his only selling point. I mean, it’s a pretty significant selling point, but eh.
