Ember: Look, Robbie...everyone has their own timing. And it’s totally fine. There will probably be someone, one day, that will catch you off-guard and...you won’t be able to help it. Don’t rush it. And just to be clear...your first  - kiss, time, whatever - won’t be your best. So don’t worry too much about it and just make sure it’s something you feel like doing whenever the time comes. Life is not a form you need to fill, kay Robbie?

Robin: I guess you’re right...

Ember: I always am!

Robin: Ember!! OMG I love your hair. How’s college?

Ember: thank you! come here, niece!

Ember: ...and that’s college in a nutshell for you. So how’s everything around here? Any boys or girls we should be talking about? I know cheerleaders usually get a lot of attention...

Robin: about that...how old were you when you had your first kiss?

Ember: I think...I think I was about your age. Remember that summer in Three Peaks? Scott whatshisname? He was my first kiss.

Robin: Em...I’ve...never been with anyone. I mean, I’ve never even kissed. And...my friends, well, everyone...they are wondering if I’m a prude.

Ember: Oh my God...High school is the worst. You know what they’d be calling you if you had been with “too many” people? A slut. It’s a lose lose situation sometimes. Don’t listen to them.

The Mansfields’ house

Last post today I promise! (so sorry for the spam!) Today I did a little makeover of the Mansfields house (you can see the original here)! The inside is exactly the same, but I decided the outside it didn’t really go with the new Hollyoaks style, so I tweaked it a little.

All the houses in this street will have a raised front yard, just like the Mansfields’ house. I’ve been meaning to do something like this for a long time, and I’m happy with the way it turned out...what do you think?

EMBER: Why don’t you come inside? I’m sure my sister and Jack would love to see you!

RICO: Nah...I don’t have much time. My mother and my nonni are waiting. And your dad would put me through the third degree. I just wanted to give you your present.

KENDRA: Dinner is ready!!!

PS: I’m super proud because I got them all to sit and have dinner at the same time. If you’re wondering where Robin is, she had dinner earlier with the other kids (i.e. her brothers).

ERIN: I can’t believe my little brother is having a baby!!

CAMERON: Er, I’m terrified...Full disclosure, Charlie doesn’t like children very much and she’s been tense ever since she found out she was pregnant.

ERIN: It’ll be fine, you’ll see. One baby you will be able to manage just fine...Just pray it’s not twins!

Meanwhile, the other Mansfield sister has received a call...

EMBER: Sure! I’ll be right outside...let me grab my coat.
