Rory may have only been away for a week while visiting Nashville; but the Brit sincerely missed her closest friends after seven days. While she’d been able to text them from time to time during her trip and update them via Instagram posts, it just wasn’t the same. So she made sure to make plans to catch up with her friends first thing after returning to Crownsville. Since her twat of a roommate was currently out (and took the evil jar of peanut butter with her), Rory planned on inviting her fellow petite brunette over to hang out for the afternoon. After confirming plans, she waited for Ember to swing by; and once her phone went off alerting her someone had rung the doorbell to her apartment, she made her way to answer it, a wide smirk upon her face. “So...” She began as she opened the door. “Before I tell you all about Nashville, who’s this guy you fancy? Does he have a name? Is he cute? How badly do you want to shag him?” She teased before stepping aside to let the other in.

Rory’s face lit up as she spotted her fellow petite brunette. She may have been in town for half a year; but her reserved nature plus the language barrier had made it kinda hard to make friends. Though with Ember, she’d been able to make an acquaintance she felt would blossom into a friendship. She enjoyed the other woman’s company. She was insanely sweet; and that’s what the Brit looked for in people. “Ember!” She called out as she neared the other, signing the name sign she’d created for the woman. “You look so pretty tonight.”
