Every time I’ve been with someone I’ve always had a lot of anxiety about it. All I would do is overthink the situation and every interaction with that person. Did they mean what they said? Are they manipulating me? Do they actually care for me or am I just an easy fuck to them? Am I just their emotional crutch? If I tell them this are they going to use it against me later? Etc...
It was fucking exhausting.
It makes it even more amazing to feel the difference in being with someone who makes it easier to breathe. I don’t question her motives or intention behind every word. I trust that she’s genuine, and that’s pretty big for me cause after the last few relationships I had I was sure that I wouldn’t be able to trust someone like that again.
